The owner called me because the flower arrangement I ordered online she didn't have all the flowers so she wanted to know if I was willing to substitute. Yes, I was willing. She text me a picture of the final product. It was beautiful. She did an awesome job!! I appreciated her calling and letting me know the situation.

So much attention to detail and very personable experience! I will never get flowers from anyone else. After putting in my order I got a text detailing delivery then on the day, even a picture of my flowers before they went out. I discovered when someone sent me flowers from here and they went as far as customizing things like adding flowers that haven’t opened so it lasts longer or specific colors. Amazing experience.

This is the third time that I have ordered flowers from this business, and there is no question that they are totally dedicated to quality products and customer satisfaction. They have an excellent website and you can order online, but I always enjoy speaking with them on the phone as they are always pleasant and helpful.

They even text a picture of your order for approval before they deliver it. This is a photo of a floral arrangement they prepared for my daughter’s birthday.

On top of all of this, their prices are reasonable, too.

I've sent and received many, many floral arrangements in my 50 plus lifetime and LagayaRhose Floral is the best I have ever dealt with! I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter and they were absolutely beautiful! Whoever puts the arrangements together is very talented. They kept in contact with me from the time I placed an order to delivery and even after to make sure my daughter liked the flowers. She LOVED them of course!

Carol did a beautiful job on a flower arrangement for my friend. She took a personal interest to make it special and personal. I appreciated Carol taking the time to get to know a little about the person that would be receiving the flowers and went over and above to be sure I was pleased. I loved receiving a picture of the arrangement for my approval and getting a notice as to when the flowers were delivered. Great experience! I would highly recommend her business.
