  I actually thought that I knew what I was doing in the gym for years until I met And decided to give Lars a shot at whipping me into shape .
  Wow , I’m actually seeing results and believe me , I’m feeling the Burn that goes with it !
  Lars keeps it simple and effective and I must say The Man Keeps a Very Clean and Sanitized Environment !

  I've been in plenty of gyms to know this is one gym that truly cleans their gym from top to bottom. Their clearing crew is barnone! Now a days, that's super crucial as we are all still dealing with Covid.
  I must add, the staff, Lars and Sarah are awesome. Definitely pleased with becoming a new member.

  Met with Andrea on January 19, 2021 who made me feel very comfortable enough that I signed up. I'd never been to a gym before let alone thought of joining one. I then scheduled the complimentary session with Lars, the gym's personal trainer, since I was absolutely clueless about how to start getting in better shape. Lars never once made me feel pressured to sign up for sessions with him. I've completed 22 of 24 sessions so far and already have another 24 sessions purchased.
  
  I'm at the gym five days a week, it's clean, the machines and equipment are in good condition, and the regulars are all pretty nice.

  Love this gym. 24hr access, never packed, super clean and awesome, friendly staff. They really care about their members at this location 💜

  The best quiet park in OKC nothing but good things to say about this park. Great place. The owners are great they keep it quiet the internet is fast enough to watch movies on. Great place to stay.

  I lived here for nearly 9 months with no complaints. The family that runs the place is very friendly and helpful. The residents are also friendly, and they a pretty quiet. I will happily move back in the future.
