From the first call to Motel 6 in Cedar Park, we could tell that this was a great place, professional, friendly and able to meet our needs. We've been here for several weeks while we move out of our house and transitioning to our next house and we have not been disappointed. Dimple, the manager has been so accommodating and sweet. Christina and Esther are friendly. The cleaning crew takes care of us daily and always has a smile and supplies. Everyone is friendly and professional. Our room is clean and comfortable. The WiFi is excellent. Very thankful they have a pool too, even though we've been so busy to swim just once, it's a nice perk. Our doggy is happy here too. It's a great motel and I would recommend to everyone if you need a short stay or longer stay, definitely come here before looking elsewhere.
Tyler and Christina at the front desk were amazing. Tyler was very helpful and Christina was so sweet. The only issue we had at all was that we requested housekeeping not stop by the room before we check out, but they did. At least the knocking was a light tapping and not an all out banging. The pool was incredible too! Such a nice pool to swim in. I also was a big fan of the beds. They were very comfortable.
One of the best Motel 6's I've ever stayed at and will continue to stay here until I have to leave the Austin area. I really like Cedar Park. Very nice area. I especially appreciate the treatment I am and have received from Dimples and her staff. They know how to treat customers. She is always happy and approachable. They have recently remodeled the rooms and they are modern, clean and fresh. Shower and bath provides very hot water. The best stay close to Austin for the money in my opinion. I have been traveling all over Texas for 5+ years and have experienced some of the worst and best hotels. I would definitely recommend unless you expect turn down service then go reserve somewhere like the Waldorf.
