After months of struggling to get anything accomplished through the phone system, one visit to this office got me completely fixed up. I was there for under 2 hours from start to finish and finally got my 9 weeks of unemployment (March-May 2020) paid out to me (Feb 2021)

I feel that the fact that this office is open and available is somewhat hidden as it was like pulling teeth for me personally to find out it existed.

The instructor of the orientation class was very informative and friendly. I left with a sense of relief because this whole process thus far has been pretty vague. It feels good to know what is expected of me and what is to come in the future. Thank you for your help. I will be looking forward to your email with more instructions.

They need more help in the Resource Room & at least 2 helpers per rows of computers. They also should take the time to walk new filers through on how to access the different sites & where to go once you log in as well as furnish the correct links. It would be nice if they could furnish each filer with a printout of this information.
