(December 13, 2019, 12:11 am)Last year unhappy with dealing with Doug. Did not purchase supplement last year... This year spoke with "Craig".(will update if I have his name wrong) Extremely happy. Purchasing Medicare supplement. This is a special company because rates are not age based. The premiums do not increase based on your age... Meaning they do not increase every year as you age. I think I am going to love this policy.

I worked in the insurance industry and I know what the majority of them are like, very cut throat. Don't be tempted to switch to another that lures you with lower premiums, they usually go up & up. Stay with a company that cares.
