  I’ve been very pleased with the service at the Maitland post office in recent months. The worker I usually encounter is extremely cordial and helpful; the office is set up for social distancing; and when I mailed my ballot, I received very quick notice that it had reached its destination. Can’t ask for more, and I’m very appreciative of the work of these frontline workers.

  Very hesitant at first coming to this Postal office due to the low ratings on customer service but I must say this morning went really smooth. The clerk was very friendly and greeted everyone as they walked to him. Assisted me and others the same way. Didn't sound grumpy or give out any negative vibe. Cudos to Mr.P (just caught the 1st letter of his last name). This post office opens at 8:30 which is awesome.
