We had an incredibly positive experience with Carpet Masters. I solicited three bids for my home carpeting. Empire Today, Home Depot and Carpet Masters. Right off the bat, Tino was extremely friendly and professional and the way he took the time to plan our job (we have lots of angles creating lots of waste) he was able to bid less carpeting than the other two vendors and saved us nearly $2,000. We bought high end Dream Weaver carpeting with the best pad available. It was virtually the same specs on the carpet and pad as Home Depot and Empire and significantly less, partly because he did a better more accurate job of planning and because they were better on price per SF. They installed in a way that minimized seams (although you can't find the ones that are there) and Saul and Jose who did our install were amazing. They moved every bit of our furniture including a huge entertainment center and a full size upright piano. My wife is extremely picky and was concerned about things getting scratched or broken. They handled our belongings with extreme care and put it all back exactly as it was without incident. The bottom line is these folks know what they are doing, they have great service and they had the best price. It was a great experience for us and a no-brainer where we'll go from now on for flooring!
