Springlake Division - OCPD

A few officers from this location responded to a call back in May. They were very professional and kind. My brother had taken his life and they helped as best they could to comfort myself and family. They put their selves out there to serve others no matter what they might come across. Many thanks to you all.

I went into the Springlake Station to see if they could help address an ongoing illegal parking issue with an adjoining business owner that was allowing its truckers to park in front of our property all night and during the day illegally as well as other activities that are illegal. Major Martin could not have been more professional and responsive to my concerns. He took adequate time to fully understand the situation and is actively working toward addressing the ongoing issue. I could not be more impressed with his attitude, and willingness to help us begin to get the ongoing issues under control. Many thanks for your service to our community.

They may drive to fast sometimes but they keep the kids around the Metro tech campus safe and nearby schools safe if you really have a problem with cops speeding should of thought about that before moving in knowing that cops are required to leave immediately to keep people safe

Great customer service by the ladies working behind the desk. I’ve been shipping packages out of this office for 3 yrs and never had a problem. They are always willing to help when presented a question.
