Was only here for a year until school transitioned online and we didn’t have a reason to continue our lease; OTHERWISE we would have stayed longer!

The staff is very welcoming, Diana and Nicole were super sweet and patient with answering me and my roommate's questions. We didn't have any cockroach problems besides the occasional few that would skitter around during summer nights--OUTSIDE never had them inside!

No problems during our time here except there was one time where maintenance was accidentally sent to our apartment and we were very confused to a man knocking at our door in the morning, but we got an impromptu cockroach spray out of it lol We also lived close enough to the pool that it would get pretty noisy during summer, but hey, what do you expect!? Oh, and I guess there was some problems with the garage door sometimes but it eventually got fixed once the exact problem was identified; and the staff was super helpful along the way!

But pretty chill place otherwise. Security patrolling at night and the parking enforcement after 6pm (those who were parked in tenant parking without a parking sticker would be towed) was really nice.

Rich and his employees went above and beyond in their service. I needed a door replaced and weatherized. Our home is older and so the door replacement was a little trickier than initially planned, however, Rich work tirelessly to get the job done. We really appreciate the extra mile he went to get our new door installed in a timely manner and admire the pride he takes in his work. Would definitely recommend RichLife for anything you need!

My roommates and I have lived here since May of 2017 and we loved every day of it. The staff is super friendly and always willing to make the experience here better. The maintenance crew has been awesome, they are super cool and take pride in what they do. The townhomes here at Sunridge are very homey and are close to Fresno State, Dog House Grill, and Maya Cinema Plaza so that's a plus. We have enjoyed our time here at Sunridge and it's sad to leave, but the memories are forever. Thank you to the Sunridge Staff, you have truly made this experience wonderful.

Great place and never had any problems with maintenance or the office. Would definitely recommend and return ! Sucha great area to live in.

Lived here only for a couple of months thanks to a crazy a** roommate (but that's another story). Office ladies were super nice and patient, grounds were always kept clean, and maintenance was fast. Definitely recommend.

Management does a fair job of responding to need based situations, such as repairs and security is good, given the proximity to event spaces and the university. Lived here for two years. They respond immediately in the case of emergency (busted water pipes) and do a very good job of forewarning concerning water shut offs for repairs. Price is going up, likely due to demand. They do not have 1 bedrooms. Overall, I was very satisfied living here.
