I feel I've left this review before but if not... This is the best dentist office I have ever been to in my entire 34 years of life. Best front office staff, best hygienist, best dentist. Dr. McConnell is so friendly and welcoming. She doesn't try to pressure you into costly procedures. She provides you options, costs for each procedure and will give you her honest opinion.

I absolutely love Dr. McConnell and her team. They take very good care of me and my mouth. I always feel comfortable in their office and everyone is very pleasant and professional. I’ve been to other dentists in the past and I’ve never felt as cared for as I do here. I feel involved in my treatment process and they keep me informed of associated costs along the way. I have recommended Dr. McConnell to others and will continue to in the future.

My first visit to a new dentist. Very nice, caring and helpful with guidance on how to help with my dental health. Did a great job, and I didn’t feel like they were primarily in it for the money, which is the biggest reason I left my last dentist.

I visited Parkway Dental as a new patient yesterday for an initial appointment and cleaning. From calling and scheduling, to the services provided, I had a wonderful experience! I have had anxiety over dental cleanings ever since I can remember - but for the first time, I felt at ease during the entire process. My hygienist, Heather, was awesome. She explained everything she was doing, and was really thorough. Dr. McConnell was great too! Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. Very happy I found Parkway Dental. Most definitely recommend!
