  Shout out to both of the Gladys’ that work at this location!!! I love how when I call I don’t have to worry about super long waits or the annoying automated voice thingy. Every time I call whatever I need it is done. And in a timely manner at that! Especially when I speak with Gladys Simpson!!! Last month I was going to switch over to Geico because their rate was lower. However, they don’t know how to answer the phone in a promptly manner— BIG SKIP!! I rather just pay what I pay and know that there’s not only great customer service but if I ever need any assistance the problem will be solved right then and there. A plus in my book!! Although, I no longer in the Stone Mountain area but I’m sooo happy to still have the Wayne Agency!! This is the first insurance company I’ve ever had and after testing out another insurance company( canceled Geico before my policy even started lol) I don’t think I’ll ever do that again.

  I love the group @ the S. Hairston location. They are the best. The office staff is SUPER!!!!!! Specifically Ms Gladys Robinson.... She's been there forever and know her stuff. Very polite and professional,!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Fantastic company who does high quality and efficient work! They came in painted and patched up few holes in two of my rooms and they did amazing work! Had the opportunity to chat with Robert a little bit and hes a GREAT guy with an awesome crew who I will be looking to do many MANY other projects in the future ????

  CertaPro did a great job on multiple rooms in our home. Everyone we interacted with were extremely professional. Troy gave us a prompt estimate about a day after our inquiry. Louis and his paint crew did a great job on setup and painting. The owner, Robert, came out and inspected the finished product and all were very prompt to respond to any concern we had. Will definitely use Robert and CertaPro for our future painting needs.

  CertaPro did an outstanding job on my kitchen cabinets they look great. Eric our painter was always on time never left without telling us he was going to be gone. Very professional. I highly recommend CertaPro.

  Robert was helpful and able to get have my home fixed by the date I needed it. I was on a time crunch and concerned that it wouldn’t get done. Luis did great work and was very personable. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with painters! They’re timely, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future!
