  Wrecker service was great. NOT happy with the ocpd for impounding my vehicle off private property less than 12 hours after I had to leave it because it wasn't running. Came back with a rented trailer to pick it up and they had broken in and stolen it because the door, which was a completely different color, didn't match the VIN. Because lots of people steal vehicles, put tags on them and insure them. Mercy hospital was responsible too, because they let them take it off their property. Lying con artists at OCPD tried to claim they didn't tow it, they made up lies about why. They get a piece of the fee. If I broke into a vehicle and had a friend tow away somewhere and make the owner pay cash to get it back, and then got a piece of the action I'd be a felon, but OCPD runs the same scam with impunity. Would have been nice if they didn't damage my vehicle breaking in and if they didn't destroy my parking brake by winching it on a trailer without turning it off and taking it out of gear.

  They was very knowledgeable and polite. My car had been stolen, they knew what I was going through

  I'm very happy with how they handled my truck being stuck in a muddy ditch!! I called many places and this place was the only one who was willing to tow my truck to their facility and gave me time to get my check cashed so I could pay them!! They have very friendly staff!!
