absolute worst place ever. I was trying to get my phone carrier unlocked from Boost. they said they could try, but they had to factory reset the phone and replace the whole operating system. he said I only had to pay if it worked. I agreed. three weeks later, the phone was not able to be unlocked, and it now overheats while charging due to the pirated operating system they installed on it. he says he's gonna reinstall the original os, but I don't know if it's gonna work anymore. tl;dr I waited three weeks for nothing and they messed up my phone yay
edit: although the issue was not resolved and I waited three weeks, my phone was returned in excellent condition.
