    Amazing customer service reps from the first step into the store. The reps weren't pushy, they were only there to help and answer any question we had. Thomas was great. He helped us place our order and wrap our fridge for a little extra protection as promised when we came to pick it up. We would shop here again.

    Great prices and staff. I was helped immediately. I bought a LG dishwasher and it is great. It works great and gets dishes really clean. It even connects to my phone and let's me know when it's done! Going back whenever I need anything!

    Came in and was immediately helped by the staff. We got a fridge, washer, dryer, and a couch. Their prices cannot be beat, but even more impressive than the prices was the level of service that we got. In the store they were helpful and informative and took care of us and our needs. The appliances were delivered promptly and efficiently by Christopher and James. We cannot say enough about these two. They were so helpful and kind. There were some issues with two of the appliances. However, we called and they came back and replaced them the next day. Again James and Christopher were champions. I truly cannot say enough about this store, they care about you and not just your money. All the people who work here have been phenomenal. Forever shopping here and imploring others to do so also.

    We bought a gas range on line we liked because there we none like this and at the price in N. Texas. My truck didn't get fixed and it took us almost 2 weeks to get it. They didn't mind. Even after a tank of gas we saved $140.00. Everyone was very helpful with checkout and loading. I'm retired and the saving really helps plus it was a nice trip up Hwy 81. Thanks Sears. WE'LL BE BACK..lol UPDATE 11/1/19 just got jets to convert to propane yesterday had1st breakfast and it cook’s wonderful. Tested oven with a gauge on rack and it’s spot on. This is Kenmore model 74433 made by Frigidaire. Heavy duty grates also. GREAT PURCHASE.
