  I stopped in yesterday due to needing wi-fi devices for work to allow some of our employees that did not have home internet access to be able to work from home. The store did not have a the amount I needed in stock at the time however Jazz and the manager there at the time (I am sorry I did not get her name) went out of their way above and beyond to check other locations and pick them up for me. It really saved me!

  Came in here to add my phone to my wife's plan. Nick was the one who helped us and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. A+++ customer service

  We really like this store, better than the one where we live. They seem to know more when you have questions. Got the phone I wanted! They are always very helpful.

  I've been here many times. Usually little to no wait time for customer service. All the reps who have helped me here were friendly and knowledgeable. You have to know going in the Verizon is more expensive than most other carriers. You get what you pay for in devices that work EVERYWHERE and customer service for the rare occasion when you drive into a black hole and drop a call.
