I brought this 6 piece dining set for a low price very heavy and steady I love it. My sale person was great she gave me information on the items n the store than left me alone to shop in peace by the time she checked back on me I was ready to make a purchase.

My wife and I purchased a mattress off of the floor because it was the last one left. They said to pull around to the back and they would tie it to my truck. When we got home, the back of the mattress had a huge tear. The plastic cover on the mattress was not torn, so this was obviously already there and they just plastic over it. They told us they weren’t responsible. So we chalked that up as “oh well, it’s on the bottom of the mattress it won’t show”. We got this mattress for a new house we were waiting to move into. Fast forward a month later when we could move in, we had purchased a brand new bed, box spring, sheets and mattress pad for the KING sized bed we purchased. Come to find out, after setting the bed up, the mattress isn’t fitting correctly and we couldn’t understand why. After measuring we find out they sold us a California King instead of a King. The Cali King is a few inches longer and a few inches less wide than a king. So after spending a couple thousand dollars on a bed and bedding for what they said was a king mattress, we now have a mattress that doesn’t fit anything we bought. We have the receipt that says the mattress is a king, when it isn’t. At all. This place refuses to let us swap out the mattress for a king. They have been an absolute JOKE to deal with and I would never recommend anybody come to this place. Honestly I’m disbelief at how unprofessional and apathetic this place is. Go next door to Mathis Brothers. At least they care about their customers.

****EDIT**** I changed my 1 star review to 5 because Galleria made it right. The delivered a correct sized mattress to my house and the delivery guys were super nice and personable.

I went to Galleria when I was needing a living room set... From the time I walked until the time I left everyone working there was helpful they were very nice and they knew their merchandise... Unlike a store I won't mention (off of Reno) I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and the sales people didn't follow behind me like a puppy... Keep up the good work and continue your good work ethics.

Mostly good...BUT. Be prepared for the sales staff to not listen, and steer you towards what they want to sell, not what you asked to see. Still better than the other jokers in the area though. If you are willing to parade around the entire store and ask three times to see what you want, you might get to see it, after jumping through the hoops.

We applied for credit online and it was extremely quick and easy. We arrived in the Elk City store today and in less than 5 minutes the owner pulled up our online info, reaffirmed our credit amount we were approved for, and told us what our approximate payment would be. Then we took forever looking, as there is so much to choose from, and other than checking periodically if we were good, no one hovered around us or made things awkward. Our sales person, Edward, was helpful and personable without being pushy. We will definitely go there again.
