Favorite store, everything I get fits great and all four of my daughters and I can all find something we like. Thats rare.

The sales associates are friendly and very accommodating, going as far as picking put other sizes for you when you're in the dressing room, suggesting to order a size of they don't have it, and looking up which locations have the size you need. Great customer service for a small boutique-y store in the outlet mall!

The staff were so helpful! Shopping with my daughter can be difficult because she is so picky, but they went above and beyond to help her find just the right outfit for a banquet. She felt like a princess! They even looked at other locations.

Francesca's is one of the cutest boutiques around with some of the best pricing.

Their jewelry is probably my favorite thing they sell. It's always on trend, and of higher quality. A lot of costume (non-platinum/gold/silver) jewelry seems to irritate my skin and theirs does not. Clothing is nice, but not always my style. Shoes are super cute and good quality. Also love their handbags! And, they have cute novelty and home decor items that are super fun.

The only thing I'd say is that their "outlet" pricing doesn't seem to be outlet pricing. It appears that they offer all the same items as the non-outlets do and have the same sales. So. . .what's the story there? I don't mind too much because it's a great product at a great price, just thought it was interesting.

Just keep an eye out for sales. They have various sales every other week. If you want something, keep an eye out for a sale. You can likely get it for a bargain if you're willing to wait. I love a good deal!

Just had such a great experience here!! Chandler was amazing. I’d been to literally about a dozen stores looking for a dress for an event and finally found one here. Chandler suggested the perfect dress for me. Such great customer service and such cute stuff!!
