    Holy cow this place knows what a comfortable customer service experience should be. Full massage chair and really friendly and eager-to-please folks that I dealt with, at every point throughout the experience. Sent me updates on the progress of my truck, complete with pics. Super impressed and will DEFINITELY use them in the future, should the need arise?

    They were extremely communicative about the status of my car and I had pictures sent to me daily of its progress. They also got it done way faster than I thought they would. I hope I never need a body shop again, but I’ll use them again should the need arise!

    I would rate this 6 stars (or more) if they would let me! Jeremiah and he’s team were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, etc. we had a complicated issue to solve and they jumped right in to offer great solutions to fix the issue - the work was completed in an extremely professional and timely manner, we were kept updated with the progress of the work being done and the pricing was more than fair. Plus every person we had contact with was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs auto body / collision work done on their vehicle.

    While getting your damaged car repaired is never what you want to experience, this place made it hassle free. I experienced great communication, responsive feedback to questions, excellent quality in the work, and the vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. The car was returned cleaner than I delivered it. They exceeded my expectations. Awesome job CarStar!

    These people do great work and go the extra mile on customer service.

    They did a speedy hail repair for my Tahoe with almost every panel hit. Then they wiped down and vacuumed the interior and put in a hand sanitizer for me and a vent air freshener.

    They were very polite, fast turn around, and professional results. My Tahoe looks better than it did before the hail!
