  I could not be happier with my experience purchasing a 2020 Crosstrek! I picked out the one I wanted online and they scheduled me an appointment to complete the paperwork on a day convenient for me. From sales to finance, the process was seamless.   We came to Bob Moore Subaru to purchase our 2020 Forester from a friend's recommendation. You can't beat the 0% financing deal, AWD, and reliability of Subaru. Isaiah assisted us who was professional and helpful in answering our questions.
  
  I have also heard good things about the GM and that Subaru as a whole has tried to take care of their employees (as much as they can) during the pandemic. We definitely want to support a company that priorities people.

  Process was hassle free and efficient. The salesman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, candid, and pro-active. He matched a deal from another dealership and processed our information over the phone and through the Subaru website. My wife and I were able to arrive and have most of the paperwork already done with the car waiting on us.
  
  Tia, the business manager, made us feel at ease and got all of the paperwork finalized quickly. She was knowledgeable about typical customer trends and great in helping us make the decision on some of the maintenance and feature options.
  
  Gretchen, the encore delivery person, walked us through all of the options on our vehicle. She knew everything about our vehicle, didn’t mind dumb questions, and made us more confident in our vehicle operation.
  
  All of them shared their own personal experiences with owning a Subaru, which was really helpful. I would definitely buy again from them and couldn’t have been happier with my car buying experience.

  The service department is excellent, always go out of their way to ensure your experience is as painless as possible. The parts department is equally great, going out of their way and in my personal experience saved me money by pointing out less costly fixes or solutions. The only reason that my review is dropping a star is that my limited experience with their sales force has been the polar opposite experience.
  Overall, I highly recommend the shop for repairs, service, or parts.
