  Appointment 7-28-2020 at 1:00p.m.. Arrived 10 min. early. I was called into office at 1:00 sharp for x-ray of knee. Then had an ultra sound on knee. Consulted with Dr. for treatment.

  I started at Flexogenix almost a year ago. I had already had one knee replacement 7 years ago which was giving me trouble again and could tell I was on my way to replacing my other knee. I decided to take advantage of the free 1st visit just to see if there was any hope. 1st of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was easy to get to and very comfortable. Their explanation of their treatment options as well as my particular problems was both very thorough and easy to understand. I opted for 2 treatments (& there are other choices available also)...the injections for my knee that I knew needing replacing & a different injection for the knee I'd had replaced (there are several options available). I was amazed at the improvement within a few days. The pain in my unreplaced knee was completely gone and still is after almost a year. I didn't hold out much hope for my knee replacement leg but was thrilled when it too returned to post surgery no pain after just a few days. I did get another treatment for it about 6 months later and the results were, happily, the same. Being on medicare with a supplement, I have had no out of pocket expense (although for that, you do have to have met your deductible for the year). I am thrilled with the change in my activity level and lack of pain. I am doing things I haven't done in years. I urge anybody with joint pain, or who has had knee replacement recommended, to try Flexogenix before going ahead with surgery or more invasive procedures. Sharla Wells

  The nurses were great. They were quick and easy. Dr. was great. He listened to me. I've only had 1 visit. Hope it goes easy .

  I felt welcomed and respected by all the professionals at the clinic. They were excellent at explaining every step of the process and were always checking in with us during brief waits, offering coffee, etc and appreciated that they each took time to answer my questions and provide information I could understand. My intent was to evaluate if this process would be helpful to my knees, and I am happy with my decision and experienced pain relief quickly!
