(December 8, 2018, 9:01 pm)When I moved here last year, management wasn't at it's best. Since Karen's joined the team, I've seen a lot of improvements made. It's still relatively quiet and they've now started updating some interior designs of the place. There's new duplexes nearby, so I'm not sure how long it'll stay a quiet neighborhood.
Pricing is decent and it helps if you know what you are paying for, since these are older apartments. I'd rate it 4.5 if Google would let me, but I'd dock half a point because the pools weren't open this summer and the stairs aren't the best for move-in days.
Karen and the new team members are quite personable and I haven't had an issue with repairs.
