I love the new adult athlete class that James facilitates. For former athletes (and really anyone!), it's a nice mix of different, progressive movements. You can truly see how you're progressing each cycle. Being with my 180 family is definitely one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend checking out a class and joining us long-term. I Love working out here with Umo so much, that I started bringing my son to train with James. He was 14 years old and I knew I could trust James to know exactly how to help him learn the proper way to work out and not get injured. My son is significantly stronger faster and has a lot more flexibility! It has been everything I expected and more!

I've been attending bootcamp here for about 3 months and I love it! Umo and James are highly knowledgeable trainers who really care about their clients. They take the time to teach you proper form and technique and will give you modifications if you have an injury. It's fun, challenging and I can already see a difference in my body composition.
