I'm not sure why/how people have had bad experiences. I've banked here for 5+ years and have been very happy with the bank and the staff. Very friendly!
I've been an account holder at Interbank (all the way back to May Avenue Bank) for approximately 50 years as well as my parents before I was born. The bank at NW 49th and May was our main branch during that time. Each visit was always quick, personal, professional and accurate. I was shocked to see such a poor review for the Interbank branch on the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Having just moved farther North I decided to try it. I don't know the story behind all of the negative reviews but I am pleased to report that I found this site to be just as pleasant as the others. Do not fear, you will be satisfied with the customer service.
