Called about shots for my dog, since it was after hours for all the other vets, they informed me they were an emergency care vet. The lady I spoke with left me well informed and led me in the right direction.
I first visited this hospital in 2007 when I had an issue with a 6 week old puppy. The doctor was very attentive in handling both my puppy and me personally, and the ladies at the front desk were very open and helpful on the financial end of things.
I visited them again in 2011 when one of our dogs was bitten by a snake in which literally 90% of the skin on the inside of her leg had to be removed completely to stop the spread of the poison. It was a very big surgery that involved several doctors. Again, the doctors were very attentive, caring, and helpful with regard to cost.
The last visit we had with this hospital was in 2013 when the same dog who had the previously mentioned surgery had a birthing complication and a puppy did not deliver. The hospital saw her quickly, removed the puppy, and once again the doctors were all friendly, attentive, and the cost was reasonable.
This morning I called to inquire about our dog needing to have her eye removed due to blindness and they were once again extremely helpful. I noticed when looking up the number this morning that there was a negative review posted on here and I felt compelled to share my experiences as they have not only ALWAYS been positive, but as a now 10 year patient of this hospital, I can say with 100% confidence that the doctors, techs, and staff at the front desk have always been absolutely amazing in my experiences with them.
Should there ever been a need for such, our dogs will be lifetime patients to this hospital!
