(October 14, 2020, 4:12 pm)Very friendly atmosphere. They go over and above to make things the way you like it. They even steam their meat here. Provides indoor seating. Brightly lit. You can donate to the firemen. They don't kick their customers out like Jersey Subs. Definitely recommend Firehouse over these other sub places.

Called in a few minutes before closing to see if I could place an order. They happy to have me come in minutes before closing and place a specific order for the lady. The franchisee was running shift and was even nice enough to walk me through the ordering process. The whole experience was so good, I went back again the next day for lunch. Whole new crew and MGMT, but execution was flawless. Really great job to this franchisee for holding up brand standards so well. Keep it up and you will have our business for life :)
