(April 28, 2021, 8:49 am)This place is always clean. I have had issue in the past with the elevator not working but they were always quick to fix and accommodate. Great customer service this time. Even when the poor young man was being screamed and cursed at due to some brand new guests being loud. The young man tried to remedy the situation, but the KAREN at the desk needed some manner skills..
