When going to a new Dr, you never know what to expect; but hope for the best. Dr Vo exceeded any expectations I had. Amazing is an understatement! She’s personable, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and I am confident with choosing her as my new family doctor. She seems to genuinely care and listens to you. I wish I could remember the name of her staff because they were just as great! This office was very efficient. If you’re looking for a Dr, look no further.
My family & I are very pleased with our care that Dr. Vo provides. Dr. Vo is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful personality. We just clicked. The appointments did not feel rushed, which is a desirable thing when you're discussing your health. If I had to critique anything, there is room for improvement on the length of time it takes for lab results and doc notes being posted to the patient portal. But once this is completed her notes are very thorough. The staff in her office are great, Trish & Kayla are really nice and attentive. The ladies in the lab are prompt and gentle. We actually enjoy our visits here, everyone extends a smile. Would highly recommend her as your primary care physician!
I was in need of a new primary care provider and I was recommended by a friend to Dr. Vo. I felt really well taken care of at my appt, all of the staff and reception were very welcoming and friendly. Those working in the lab were great as well. Dr. Vo spent an adequate amount of time with me, getting to know me and hearing my concerns.
Dr. Vo was very patient and understanding with my concerns! Her staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr.Vo to any of my friends!
Dr. Vo is very informative, well rounded and super enthusiastic about your well-being. I could not have been more satisfied with her care! There's not a thing she will tell you that doesn't have a thorough explanation for your full understanding attached to it.
