Advertisement says they do wheel alignments. Just called and was told they do Not do wheel alignments.
I went in there on the spot when my brakes were grinding bad and I needed to get back to work. These guys went above and beyond to get me in and taken care of so I could get back to business. I give them a 5 star for such excellent service !
This is a great place to have work done. I have never felt like I was being lead into anything more than I needed. Josh is very honest and knowledgeable. After visiting another shop about my brakes making lots of noise, I was told I had no brake issue. Josh was able to find and point out my issues and fixed them the same day. It's refreshing to go to a place and be treated courteously too.
Honest and convenient. We have taken every car in the family to OK Wheel and Brake for the last 17 years. If you want to be able talk with someone about what your cars needs and not what the shop wants to sell, then this is the place to go.
8/30/2018 - Update. Another great experience helping resolve a complicated braking issue. Performed as much work as they could and then dealt with the dealer when expensive test equipment was required. Thank you for the help. Steve & Carol Adams
