Great experience, we checked on line, and yes you can check in online, or walk in, there was no waiting at 10AM, they were very friendly, my granddaughter and I got haircuts, Lynn cut mine, it was the best haircut I had in a very long time, and she was pleasure to talk to, I'm not sure the ladies name who cut my granddaughters, but she did a great job as well. I highly recommend Great Clips.

I'm a frequent visitor to this salon. And I have to tell you. Even though this isn't the haircut I had in mind. The stylist Michelle explained to me that my hair wasn't near the length of the picture. She managed to keep my length because I've been growing it out and been to too many stylists that have chopped it off because they kept talking on the phone. Michelle did a fabulous job! Love my hair! Thank you so much for being so clarifying and patient with me!
