Love's Travel Stop

This site is one of the oldest stores since Love's beginnings. I've been coming here off and on for over 30 years. One of the longest-serving employees was a woman named Sandra, who, after Subway was installed years ago, began serving the line at Subway and would remain there for the rest of her career there. As she got older she began working the late-night shift at Subway due to advancing age. Today, I found out she had finally retired from Loves 2 years ago and then within a year after leaving she passed away. Sandra was one of the nicest, most hard working ladies I had ever met and I was so sad to learn of her passing, and her short stature and grandmotherly persona made her very popular with fellow employees and customers. She was called "grandma". A sweet woman who told me one time that all she ever did later in her life was work at Subway at night and then sleep all day and return in the late evening and do it all again. It was what kept her motivated to live, she said. Such a sweet lady. So sad to know she's gone.

Corey the tire technician is the fastest technician - to patch a tire 30 minutes in and out time. ??

Always had a great experience here! And to my surprise, the Subway here is the best one that I've experienced in OKC! They never skimped on anything and it was always clean/fresh!

FIVE STARS for HALEY!!! COMPLETE , UPBEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!
Haley's professionalism, upbeat personality and beautiful smile never waivered today despite the fact that there were customers standing three deep at three different registers and even more waiting in her Subway sandwich line. No other Love's associates were anywhere in site, though they could certainly be heard laughing it up from somewhere in the back.... so loud I couldn't hear Haley's sweet voice and had to ask her to repeat herself.
Eventually, some one came to help Haley make sandwiches and then Savannah hit the registers with a vengeance getting the few remaining customers taken care of, but not before several had walked out, but in her defense, she was tied up with someone else and got there as quickly as possible.
The operations manager, Ty, was fabulous. He was worried about making our experience better... All we wanted...want is special recognition for HALEY!!! My exact words...
"HALEY NEEDS A RAISE AND WILL MAKE A GREAT MANAGER ONE DAY"...She never got flustered. She never lost her focus. She continued to take care of her customers in her professional upbeat manner, smiling the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed and invited us to come back again.
Thank you Haley for simply doing your job, doing it extremely well, and doing it with a beautiful smile.
