Great experience very friendly when you walk in they have someone that walks up to you greet you you know it starts asking you questions have you been held and do you know what you're looking for these people were very on-point.... the gentleman that helped us was very good his name is Dominique I recommend him everyone... and his supervisor or the other guy that was helping me he's good to I'm not for sure his name but he he's on it so thank you key for my new car

So, Someone stole my previous car... and I called and basically shared more information than necessary and let me just tell you... I LOVE THIS PLACE.
Lyric was AMAZING. I have never recieved better customer service in my life. And I consider myself a customer service queen... lol. Anyway. Lyric worked hard to get me a really good deal. There was no hassle what so ever. And I left happier than when I arrived.
