Mark was on the the kindest men I’ve met lately. He went above and beyond his job to help us. So organized and got everything ready for ashes to be taken out of country. So very knowledgeable. Even got the apostle for us. Price was best anywhere and could not have found a more wonderful person to deal with during this difficult time. May God bless you for your work and kindness.
I want to thank Mark for handling my Moms funeral. He was so caring and professional. You can never remember everything and always have questions. He tirelessly allowed me to burn his phone up with questions, changes whatever I needed. His response was never that he felt annoyed or tired. It was always every call answered with genuine concern and “How can I help you and your family to get through this trying time” He is a good man with a solid heart and a calling from God. I want to give a huge thank you to Mark Johnson! My father passed away on Christmas Eve and Mark took care of everything, very kind and professionally. I had never had to deal with something like this and he was a huge blessing to me during this time. I will be forever grateful. You can tell by talking to him that he truly cares about your loved ones. Again I sincerely appreciate what you have helped me with.
(Also regarding the previous reviews about future and a smell I was there today and that was not the case. There is absolutely no smell at all.)
Mark is great. He has helped our family through four difficult loses. He is professional, compassionate, and practical. He never tries to push unnecessary expenses upon a grieving family. I highly recommend him for his integrity and his heart for others.
This was the cheapest place for cremation I was able to locate. Mark was very understanding to my situation. It was my Nephew who had passed and I was left in charge. Mark made it convenient for me by handling the paper via email and fax; therefore I only had to go to his Facility 1 time and that was to pick up my Nephew ashes and the Death certificate.
