(December 16, 2018, 6:55 pm)Today was my first time coming in to this location to pick up a package and also send one; as expected during this seasonal time it was pretty busy. However, the employee there was amazing! Super friendly, patient, polite, and overall exceptional! I only wish I'd gotten his name to give him more recognition, as he was there on his own dealing with a long line, and mentioned having a long line for 2 1/2 hours. Props to him. He made my experience an amazing one despite waiting about 20 minutes in line.

(April 18, 2018, 9:01 pm)Not sure of what’s happening for this location to get so many bad reviews. The hours are clearly posted and at 7:30 until 8:00 pm, the employee is entitled to a lunch break and so they close the location for 30 minutes. They are most likely the only person working the counter and if they help you before they go on break and someone happens to walk in when your just getting finished, then they too are going to expect the same level of service that you just received. So it could be never-ending. I had this same scenario last night but in reverse. I had 15 certified mailings that needed to go out. Being courteous I let one person go ahead of me. Then another walks through the door just as the clerk was about to start with my pile of envelopes, and I say go ahead I’ll wait. Then another person with an outbound package. At one point the clerk insist that I go ahead and take care of my mailings because the trend could continue until they shut the doors.
