My husband and I had been to several Kia dealerships and we appreciate Jerrys customer service at Bob Moore Kia Nw for taking good care of us and showing us special features in our new car.

William was our sales consultant. We live out of state and found a vehicle online we loved! He reserved it for us and we were able to come the next day to look at it and test drive it. William kept in contact throughout the day and answered all of my questions. We were greeted today with a smile and a handshake! He showed us around the dealership and answered all of our questions. He walked us to finance where we met Nathan. Nathan was also super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We are so grateful we found Bob Moore and to be a part of their Kia family! We are also grateful to have met such awesome people today!

Our first new car buying experience was amazing. Jerry helped us out through multiple visits, and was extremely friendly. He helped us figure out what we were looking for and got us the perfect match. We are very happy with our selection and how easy the process was made by Jerry and the rest of the staff at Bob Moore Kia. Joseph Kelly made this experience for me. He was honest, transparent, and kind every step of the way. I never felt pressured to make a decision at any point. He helped me get a great deal on my trade in and every feature I wanted in my new vehicle well within my budget. I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I went in for tire air pressure notification and the staff found out I had a nail in tire! They also explained my tires needed rotated. They removed nail and rotated tires all within an hour and only cost about 25 bucks. They were professional and kind and the waiting area was clean and cozy. I’m so thankful for their help and attention to detail. I travel a lot for work and a tire blow out would have been the absolute worst. I’m so thankful they actually treated my car and didn’t just fill it with air and send me on my way. I will always come back to this location. The lady working was so sweet as well! She’s the best
