They were so user friendly, I was completely comfortable there! They didn't coldly bark out questions while another nurse stabbed me for the IV. The same pleasant nurse, Patti, was the only one who prepped me, and I felt like I was in some private luxury hospital for the "rich and famous"! She was amazing, I felt like she was an old friend by the time we left. Had I realized a minor surgery could even be so pleasant, I would have, and will go back to the south OCOM location every time. Thank you to them for the great atmosphere!”
