I'm the typical millennial and hate the forced "small talk" and David did not give us the forced small talk or be aggressive towards the sale. He was friendly but straight to the point. Right as paperwork was done, the tornado sirens started sounding and he was very quick to get us out of there when putting on the paper tag.
