“Ryan tinted my wife's and daughters car, "with good results" so I kind of knew what I was getting into when I called him for my car. I called on a Wednesday, he told me he was out of tint, but would get a delivery Friday at noon, so he scheduled my appointment for 1 on the same day. Now, I realize that shipments don't always happen as we plan, so 30 min before my appointment I tried to call to make sure the tint had came in. No one answered, no big deal, maybe they are busy putting away the new tint away. So I go ahead and drive over. Ryan was just getting home/to the shop when I arrived. He got out of the truck eating. He came over and opened up the shop only to tell me that he didn't have tint and it would be Monday before he could help me. Sorry, but you only get one chance to waste my time. If you are looking for a professional experience then from my experience, I would look else where. I ended up using Express Tint, Marco was very professional, did a great job, and was cheaper than the quote I had from Shady Specialists. Edit: after reading Ryan's reply. I've decided that perhaps I was a little harsh. But since I can only leave one review I'm going to add details about the other work performed. The first car Ryan tinted I don't have any complaints about the work performed. Also, he was one of the cheapest installers at this time. However, He bickered with the lady that was helping him the entire time. Taking away from the professional experience. 2nd car that was tinted by Ryan was my daughter's car. I can't comment about the interaction here because I didn't go with her. I will say the tint looked good after he was finished. As for my experience with Ryan. I tried to call you before the appointment, no one answered. You should've called me to reschedule. The eating reference is simply adding to the unprofessionalism. In summary: Ryan does a quality job of tinting. He is not the most professional tinter in town.”

They are consistent with their deals and prices, and they always seem to be pretty stocked up. What actually prompted me to write this review was the top-notch customer service a young lady named Amy gave me. She spent probably 10 minutes with me to help me get the best deal possible on Kratom and even helped me get set up on their (sort of confusing) rewards program. This will be my store for as long as they are around thanks to Amy! my only gripe is their phone number doesn’t work 70% of the time but they have always been nicely stocked when I have come in regardless.
