I have never had a primary care physician as an adult until 2018 and I have been going here since them. I always got nervous at doctors offices much like the dentist. However, I feel much more relaxed and taken care of. I feel more confident about my health as time goes on because of Dr. Faulkner. She is very nice and explains things well. She makes sure that I understand
everything and makes the experience much more relaxed. I am very thankful for her and the staff there.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Faulkner. She is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to talk with you to understand your entire situation. The nurses and office staff are kind and helpful. They are also very quick if you need them to authorize a refill for you. They do not have an online payment system, but that is not a problem for me.
Been going here for 3 years. Never have I had an issue with rudeness or what others stated. They work you in when they can. They will charge you for canceling appointments it's a busy facility, so canceling appointments 15 min before your appointment hurts others from making appointments so it's understandable.
Great care, I have been taken care of by Dr. Fisher until he retired, Since then I have seen Dr. Faulkner, and most everyone on their staff. They all are caring and made careful diagnosis that were very accurate. I have had the best of care here. I would give them 10 stars, but google does not have but 5! From Dr. Cary Fisher, to Dr. Faulkner, Melissa, Jennii, and Kenneth I have always received the best of care here. I highly recommend Northwest Family Medicine.
I see Dr. Rebecca Faulkner and she is very knowledgeable, caring and attentive! Also this office seems to respond very quickly to the pharmacy request faxes. I'm a new patient here and so far I like them very much
