“Excellent customer service without any issues or complications. Rooms were large and spacious, were so nice and extremely clean, 2 large screen TVs, pull out couch/bed, brewed coffee available 24/7 with plenty of flavored creamers and sugars , breakfast in morning till 9am, Maid service was excellent. She was very sweet and patient with us in waiting for us to leave the room to clean it, provided us extra clean towels when needed, perfectly made beds with fresh sheets everyday. Everyone was so very friendly, especially the young lady from Brazil. Thank u Best Western Plus Executive Residency for providing us with such great service.”
