“Not everything went to plan on timing and quickness of parts. However, the repair was completed in the time frame given for repair day on repair day. But I had to go there and pay first. I was told it would be 15 minutes tops for the repair when I first called. That did not happen. It was more like thirty five minutes. The day for repair was changed by CPR from within two days of first contact to the part has not arrived yet and is in transit three business days later to "I will contact you when it arrives" so 4 business days later. Still its a reputable shop. Thus the 4 star rating.”
