The trainers know how to mix motivation with love. The people I work out with and around have become friends and family. It's the best way to start my day. They have been very friendly and are always nice and paying attention to the guest. They remember you when you come in (went to another location for years but everyone was on cell phones and didn't pay attention to guest) which is very nice and refreshing!!! I feel very comfortable at this location and feel like the environment they help create motivates me to return. They keep everything clean and the layout of this gym is very nice and doesn't feel crowded”

“If your looking for a great environment for your child to be in this is the gym for you. Very friendly and helpful staff. I feel my daughter is learning so much and progressing quickly. I feel my money is going to good use. Some gyms you go to and your kids in the same level for along time and they are playing around more than being taught anything, well at this gym your child will be taught by great teachers and learn as much as the child is whiling to put the work in to learn it. Can't say enough great stuff about this gym and the people who run it and train the kids here. I love that other teachers will come over and give advice if they see a kid struggling and care about your kids progress. Positive place for sure . Highly recommend.”
