In the future it would be really helpful if any questions that I have at all could be answered by your receptionist. When I asked her how long it would take for glasses repairs (on average) she told me, varies. When I asked her what glasses repairs cost, she said it varies. When I asked her if I could get one use trials for my contacts, she said, I’ll get back to you but she never got back to me. In sales, this is a HUGE no no. I’m sure you guys are above free sales advice... Are you trying to lose customers, or..?”
