“The building is nice and well taken care of, however the lack of 5 stars comes from the Memory Care units. The staff was seen consistently sitting on their phones behind a desk while residents yelled “help help” over and over. The activity runners did a great job in engagement and keeping everyone mostly happy. I recommend the facility for all types of senior care, however I would take the memory care into a bit more careful consideration, surly they are working on better training for staff in the area. Some slack has been given due to the nature of the world with COVID-19 and the like.”
