“I have utilized this facility 3 this facility in the last 3 months, due to my preference, for the CONSISTENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My insurance company will call and schedule your test for you after it’s authorized. As a rule, they choose the facility closest to your home.. The people who are doing this are in a different state. Immediately, I tell them I know that Medical Plaza Imaging is not as close to my home, but the Service is superb and personable from the Valet service, to the front line receptionist, and then of course the radiology therapists who is performs the MRI TEST , is always very professional. I have been fortunate to have the same therapist(I so sorry I cannot think 🤔 of it, I am having a senior moment) , most times when I am there for a MRI, and she is so kind and caring. She keeps me informed of how long each section is going to be and is checking to make sure I am okay during the test and encouraging with telling me how much longer we have to go before we are finished with the test. I always feel good when I get her as my therapist to help me with my test. The last visit, I asked for a copy of 4 discs of different MRI, and I said I would come back to get them tomorrow before my Dr appointment at 10:30. The receptionist, Lucy said, I can do that right now!! I don’t want you to have to come back in the morning before your appointment. She and my therapist worked together to make this happen for me and this took a lot of stress off of me. I think you could see the reason I have been coming to this facility for any MRI’s , I need to have done. Lately, I have been having a rough few months!! But, when you get this kind of service experience, it sure helps keep me in a GRATITUDE 🙏 FRAME OF MIND FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE EVERY DAY AND DO THEIR JOB, IN A WAY THAT IS CONSISTENTLY FOR THE PATIENTS TO BE AT EASE AND IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, SO THEY WANT TO COME BACK, THE NEXT TIME THEY NEED HELP WITH THEIR SERVICES!! When I went into see Susan, I was so achy and sore and had limited range of motion in multiple areas throughout my body as well as head aches off and on throughout the day. “I have been scared of the dentist for 20+ years. It started with a terrible visit to the dentist and my oral health suffered in the years that followed. I would put off appointments and generally avoid the dentist until I absolutely had to go. I went to Dr. Price 2 years ago and started working to get all my problems fixed and boy did I have a bunch of them. She brought in 3 other doctors(they were all great as well) and we made a plan and I am happy to say that we are closing in on the end of that plan. I have procrastinated and avoided but they worked through it all. Linda is great! Dr Price is great! All the other people there are great! If I could give them 10 stars I would!”

“One evening we dined in at this location and inquired about having wings catered for an upcoming Men's Conference to be held at our church. Mr. Carl, the manager on duty helped us with the order. We placed the order about 3 weeks out from the scheduled date of pick-up. About one week out, Mr. Carl contacted us to go over the order and to let us know that he will be out of town when we picked up our order but Bryson would assist us when we arrived at the restaurant. Once we arrived Mr. Bryson came out and greeted us and told us that our order was being packaged. The wings were hot, fresh and a WILD HIT at our event! A BIG THANKS to Mr. Carl, Mr. Bryson and the Buffalo Wild Wings Team there in Mesquite, TX for adding flavor to our event!”

“I am just sorry I didn’t find out about City Hospice sooner. As far as I am concerned they are “miracle” workers. Miraculous in what they do. They should be awarded a presidential recognition for their hard work. When my mother passed away at 11 pm at night the nurse drove 40 miles just to sit and talk with me until 3 am and she had to go to work the next morning. I just love everything about them. I will never forget all you did for my mother.”
