“We used West Shore Homes to come and replace windows during a remodel of our home. The first gentleman to come out, Duane, was very helpful and informative. Spent a decent amount of time answering all our questions, and worked around our hard schedule. During the construction some plans for the house changed, which changed the placement of some windows as well. They were able to work with us and accommodate all changes even after windows were already ordered. We were informed 10-12 weeks from order to install, however we got them far quicker. We received a call asking if we would like to move our date up. We asked how soon, they were out the next day! Installation day came. Johnny B, Brian, Chris, Elliot, and Dimitri arrived on time.(Kyle came on day two) As we have a whole remodel happening, they were able to work with and around the other contractors working on the home both days. They left no mess, and made sure we were happy with everything before they left, both days. We have dogs at the home which most contractors will not work with, for these guys no problem. We appreciate not having to keep them locked up all day in their kennels while work happened. We will be having west shore come back for 3 more windows, and will definitely request the same crew.”

“1st timers and what an experience! Step into the "sliver" of space and right into line. On the immediate left is a refrigerator holding savory pies begging to be taken home and baked. Nearing the cash register, the pie selections are showcased. My husband had the Key Lime Pie (whipped cream served with an ice cream scooper)! I went for the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with a robust espresso shot. Both pie choices satisfied our cravings! We think we spotted a kid with a scoop of ice cream (or maybe it was the whipped cream?) with his pie! Pies can be purchased whole or by the slice. If you like these pies, inquire about buying 9 and getting one free. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Fun times!”

“Dave helped me with my tanks for years until he moved out of the area. I had a 150-gallon salt (FOWLR) and he set up everything - the lighting, refugium, skimmer, the list goes on! He could answer any question I had. He proudly, but humbly, showed me references and pictures of other work he's done (the "plumbing" knowledge alone is just incredible!). He would come do my water changes until I was comfortable doing them on my own. But most of all, he cares. He cares that your tank is done right. He cares that it looks good and is well-maintained. I ended up with 4(!) tanks because his natural passion for the hobby is just contagious! Besides his impressive knowledge, he keeps his word - shows up on time, returns calls, will take calls just to answer questions, etc. He never pushes and just has that personality that everyone likes. I would strongly recommend Dave and for you to witness his integrity, honesty and skill for yourself.”

“Love this store! Great experience. The owner, Elyjah, was kind and knowledgeable of all products in his store. The Plaza is a fun little district with great stores like this one that over looks the block. Make sure you find the stairs on the side of the Green building!! Will definitely buy from this shop again and look forward to more new brands in this developing store.”

“What a great find this shop was. Tommy went out of his way to help me get my radiator to him for repair. As the other reviews said, good work for a good price. Fixed, Flushed, and Cleaned. It is great to work with honest hard working people.”

“I am so grateful I was sent to Dr. Khan years ago. He truly takes time and listens to you. I have never had a bad experience in this office and have sent several friends here for help. I’m now seen by Dr. Thanou and she is wonderful too!”

“I like Family Dollar, because it is so much easier to get in and out then it is at Walmart. It's a great place to run in for a quick shopping experience. The prices here are pretty good, and the selection is good. Don't expect to see a lot of Staff, because that's one of the ways they keep the prices low.”

“First, I’ll start by saying I never wanted to go to Disney. I went as a kid and don’t have fond memories, and now as an adult I’d thought I’d rather spend the money on the purchase of a small country or something else of similar cost. Also, I don’t like lines…so there was almost no incentive or desire for me to go to Disney. Unfortunately, Disney is a master at marketing and I was the only one in my family of 7 who felt this way. So, after discussing with my wife for the umpteenth time about why I don’t want to go on a trip to Disney, I finally acquiesced on the condition that she needed to find a way to plan all of the park logistics. I would get us there and lodge us (I have a lot of loyalty points since I travel for work often), but she needed to figure out the rest. Enter John and Magical Enchanted Vacations. After hearing great things about this company from others, my wife introduced me to John and said he could help plan the trip. I literally told John that I didn’t want to plan anything, just get me to the parks, plan rides for my kids, and get us lunch and dinner. And he did. Aside from a brief discussion about what ticket package we wanted (5 days, single park passes with Fast Pass+) and allergy considerations for the restaurants (we have a celiac in our family), I didn’t do anything aside from get us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. AND IT WAS AWESOME. I am not exaggerating when I say it was as close to the perfect vacation as I could have hoped for. John set it up so we got there at park opening, had Fast Passes for the best rides at the start of the day (which basically meant no lines), then ate lunch, then we had the rest of the afternoon to explore for as long as we wanted. Super stress free. I was actually able to enjoy the time with the family. He even split up the family at times so one adult could ride the cool rides with the bigger kids (Avatar Flight of Passage is amazing…just amazing) while the other spent time with the younger kids. And to top it all off, he managed to hook us up with a stroller rental at the last minute when all the websites were showing sold out. I don’t know how he did it, but it was a LIFESAVER (you really have to do this, even if you think you have kids who will be able to walk the whole time). When we go again, there is absolutely no way will go without using Magical Enchanted Vacations to plan the trip. Thanks John, you turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare into a fantastic experience our family will cherish forever!”

“Thinking about going to medical school? Curious about what makes the human body work? Or maybe you just like to look at pictures of intestines. Whatever the case, this is a great place to get the knowledge you're looking for. Medical books are expensive, but if you are in the need, this is a great place to go.”

“James was very quick to respond to me while I was looking to get an estimate. His communication was also great while letting me know when my car would be ready to pick up. I brought my car in for 100k service handling several important fluid changes and other checkups. He had a waiting area available as well which is nice for services where he can get you in and out quickly. I will plan to bring my wife’s car when she’s due for service.”
