They communicate with me immediately if anything happens (no matter what time of day). He gets great therapy and most importantly he is overall pleased with the experience. Remember that they cannot read your mind or know some of your expectations, unless you communicate that to them- clearly and sometimes repeatedly- the message needs to get to the right person in order to make it happen. I have never had carpet installed, but he made it easy by helping us pick a color/type to fit well in our house. He didn't have it in stock, but took less than 2 weeks total for the order and installation. The installer, Mark, did a professional job. He said he's been installing carpet for 26 years! Definitely looks better than when I bought my home.”
