“My husband and I had a good experience here. Check in and out were smooth; the front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful (sorry I forget their names). The room was better than I expected. Firm bed which I like with soft pills which my husband likes. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were great. Breakfast was full of food and drinks...more than we expected. We were not able to take full advantage due to long trip ahead and we were running late. There was 3 cereals, yogurt, pastries, biscuits, eggs, you could make waffles, and fruit. For drinks they had juices, hot chocolate, coffee, cold milk.”

“Night Trips did not disappoint! I came in, group of 6. Kristina was at the door, I asked her name multiple times because I have never received customer service quite as accommodating as hers! Being that we all was from Canada & it being our first time she told us exactly what to expect as soon as we passed the ATM. She helped us with a Uber, helped with the ATM, helped picking out the girls.. she was our go to girl! I recommend 100% the girls were very hot and had multiple different girls to choose from. I was highly impressed with the entertainment! Night trips thus far has been our favorite bar! & we will be returning!”

“This location is always great! Usually very busy however service is always quick and the workers are always helpful and seemingly excited to help you out. Stores are always top notch clean and shelves are usually packed and when inventory is low, they keep the store appearing full and not empty or vacant like many other stores. Soda fountains are always cleaned several times a day and see them constantly cleaning coffee machines, cappachino machines etc.. Employees stay so friendly it rubs off on customers and everyone is happy in this place. You nailed this store to perfection and it should be a model for other locations.”

I was given extremely short notice to move an entire home and had other expenses I was concerned about. I had to leave town during the time I was given notice. “Ryan tinted my wife's and daughters car, "with good results" so I kind of knew what I was getting into when I called him for my car. I called on a Wednesday, he told me he was out of tint, but would get a delivery Friday at noon, so he scheduled my appointment for 1 on the same day. Now, I realize that shipments don't always happen as we plan, so 30 min before my appointment I tried to call to make sure the tint had came in. No one answered, no big deal, maybe they are busy putting away the new tint away. So I go ahead and drive over. Ryan was just getting home/to the shop when I arrived. He got out of the truck eating. He came over and opened up the shop only to tell me that he didn't have tint and it would be Monday before he could help me. Sorry, but you only get one chance to waste my time. If you are looking for a professional experience then from my experience, I would look else where. I ended up using Express Tint, Marco was very professional, did a great job, and was cheaper than the quote I had from Shady Specialists. Edit: after reading Ryan's reply. I've decided that perhaps I was a little harsh. But since I can only leave one review I'm going to add details about the other work performed. The first car Ryan tinted I don't have any complaints about the work performed. Also, he was one of the cheapest installers at this time. However, He bickered with the lady that was helping him the entire time. Taking away from the professional experience. 2nd car that was tinted by Ryan was my daughter's car. I can't comment about the interaction here because I didn't go with her. I will say the tint looked good after he was finished. As for my experience with Ryan. I tried to call you before the appointment, no one answered. You should've called me to reschedule. The eating reference is simply adding to the unprofessionalism. In summary: Ryan does a quality job of tinting. He is not the most professional tinter in town.”
