He's a skilled butcher and the quality of his work is as good as anyone & better than many. If you live near Hominy and don't already have a butcher or you're looking for somewhere new I would highly recommend using him. He has my business & will as long as he wants it.
This year he processed my buck & I've never had as much meat back from a deer, so much so I had to split mine with family. He's careful to get you all your meat and your meat only. We are extremely impressed with his work.
