Let me just start by saying I had the worst experience at Hertz up the street even after having a reservation, didn’t want to deal with that nightmare so I came to Enterprise same day no reservation. Christian was wonderful. He had a great attitude and very kind. He made it really easy, painless and fast so I could get on with the rest of my trip. Thank you!

Enterprise has done a good job setting up their office for social distancing. They do a solid job in providing the best fit for your vehicle needs and carry a wide array of cars and SUVs for rent. I have been renting consistently with Enterprise for the past 10 years and don't plan to look for rental car service from anyone else.

I never write reviews, but I had to write one for Enterprise Rent A Car. There customer service is great. Great people great service makes happy customers. I go to the one on Medway in San Rafael. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Love the team down there. Great job everyone.

I was very pleased with the car rental that enterprise provided. The customer services was great. They were quick to provide a solution when the specific suv rental fell through. I wasn’t a truck person before and now. Well, I loved driving a truck for 4 days. My family and I had a blast trucking the coast. Thank you
