Customer service is absolutely outstanding, Joshua was super friendly and helpful!! We use Tate Boys all the time and have never have any issues, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Also Joshua accommodated our wait very well and even gave my nieces candy and changed the tv for them. 😊👍🏻

I love this place. Never have I went there that I wasn’t treated like I was their best customer. They r very curtious . Very professional. They explain every detail to me. I would change my oil and mount all my tires before I would go any where else.

Kyle is very helpful and nice to speak with. I have had a difficult time with a different shop that worked on my car and Kyle had my car looked over to make sure everything was done right. At this time I also needed a tire sensor put in. I waited for a bit and because of that he took care of it for me. They was very busy yesterday and took extra time on my car. I appreciate his team and him for taking care of my car.

Service is Excellent and they definitely went above and beyond this time around. They do need more help as they only have 1 licensed service tech. So please give them some leeway until help arrives

Excellent service fast and efficient! All the people that work at this site are very professional and go out of the way to provide excellent services . It is without hesitation I will return when needed .
